Coffee Trial is committed to providing the highest quality products. If you encounter quality issues, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To ensure timely resolution, please:

  • Report quality issues within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
  • Describe the specific quality concern (e.g., taste, freshness, damage).
  • Retain the original packaging for inspection, if requested.

2. Subscription Refunds

Our subscription plans are designed for flexibility. Refunds and cancellations are managed as follows:

2.1 Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Full refund is available for cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled shipping.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

2.2 Active Subscriptions

  • Prorated refunds may be provided for unused portions of your subscription.
  • No refunds are issued for products already shipped.
  • Subscribers have the option to pause their subscription for up to 3 months.

3. Wholesale Returns

Coffee Trial ensures satisfaction for wholesale orders. Returns for wholesale purchases are subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Return Eligibility

  • Report quality issues within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Document and report damaged shipments upon delivery.
  • Report incorrect orders within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns.

3.2 Return Process

  • Submit an RA request through the wholesale portal.
  • Use shipping labels provided by Coffee Trial.
  • Ensure products are returned in their original condition.
  • Include all related documentation with your return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Opened coffee packages.
  • Custom-roasted or special-order items.
  • Discounted or clearance products.
  • Gift cards.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Timeline

  • Initial review of refund requests: 1-2 business days.
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days.
  • Bank posting times may take an additional 5-10 business days.

5.2 Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Store credit may be provided as an alternative upon request.
  • Alternative refund methods are available under specific conditions.

6. Shipping Costs

6.1 Quality Issues

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Coffee Trial for verified quality issues.
  • Replacements are shipped free of charge.
  • Original shipping costs are refunded in eligible cases.

6.2 Customer Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for discretionary returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect orders.
